Nearbys is a revolutionary platform built to change the way people discover and shop from the businesses around them. Instead of searching endlessly, Nearbys puts every nearby store, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy and local business within one tap.
Nearbys was created in July 2026 and is operated by Nearbys Marketing Management LLC, registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
How we work
Nearbys connects two sides of the same neighborhood: everyday users looking for what's nearby, and local businesses looking to be found. Businesses create a store page and list what they offer, and users nearby can browse, order and connect with them directly through the app.

We use your location to surface the businesses that are actually near you, in real time, so what you see in the app reflects what's actually around you — not what's far away or irrelevant.

Agreement to Terms
By registering an account on Nearbys — whether as a user or as a business — you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
User Rights
- Browse nearby businesses, products and offers free of charge, with no fees to use the app.
- Place orders and communicate with businesses through the platform.
- Access, update or delete your account and personal information at any time.
- Be treated fairly and transparently by businesses listed on Nearbys.
Business Rights
- Create and manage a store page, listing products, services and offers.
- Receive and manage orders from nearby users through the platform.
- Control their own pricing, availability and store information.
- Access support and their account data at any time.
Data Collection & Privacy
We only collect the information needed to operate Nearbys — such as account details, location, and order activity.
Only public data is shared between users and businesses. This means business profiles, listings, products, offers and order details relevant to a transaction are visible to the other party — private account information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Cookies & similar technologies. Nearbys uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the app is used, so we can keep improving it.
Analytics. We may use third-party analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns (such as which features are used most). This data is used to improve Nearbys and is not sold to third parties.
Payment data. Nearbys uses Stripe only to collect subscription payments from businesses for use of the platform. Product and order payments are made directly to the business (cash or card on delivery) and are never processed or collected by Nearbys.
Your control. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@nearbys.online.
Charges
Nearbys charges businesses only for use of the platform. Using Nearbys as a user is, and will always be, free of charge.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
For users — orders
Nearbys does not process or collect payment for products or orders. Orders are paid directly to the business — by cash or card on delivery — with no online payment system for products on the platform.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before a business accepts them.
- Once a business has accepted an order, cancellation is subject to that business's own policy.
- Since payment is made directly to the business on delivery, any refund for an undelivered, incorrect or cancelled order is handled directly between the user and that business.
- Disputes between a user and a business that cannot be resolved directly can be escalated to Nearbys at admin@nearbys.online for review.
For businesses — subscription
Stripe is used solely to collect subscription payments from businesses for use of the Nearbys platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable — Nearbys provides a platform for businesses to use, and the fee covers access to that platform, not a specific outcome or number of orders.
- Subscriptions run for one month and automatically expire at the end of that period.
- There are no refunds, partial or full, for subscription payments already made.
- If a business has any issue with their subscription or billing, they can reach us anytime at admin@nearbys.online.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Nearbys grows. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, the jurisdiction of Nearbys Marketing Management LLC.
