
Vendor Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Nearbys. By registering as a vendor and using our platform nearbys.online, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Responsibility for Deliveries
- All deliveries must be completed as soon as possible and within 45 minutes of receiving the order.
- If unable to deliver on time, the vendor must notify the Monitoring Team via WhatsApp within 5 minutes, and no later than 10 minutes.
- Failure to deliver or notify will result in temporary or permanent disconnection.
- Rejoining may include rejoining charges and pending payment clearance.
2. Service Conduct and Customer Handling
- Do not encourage customers to order outside the platform or skip checkout. This will lead to permanent termination.
- No personal cash or goods exchange with our Representatives. We are not responsible for such transactions.
- Ensure hygiene, respectful communication, and proper delivery etiquette.
3. Product Management and Accuracy
- Vendors are responsible for keeping product prices up to date.
- Orders must be fulfilled at the listed price, even if there’s a pricing error.
- We will assist in customer negotiations if a loss occurs, but vendors must not handle such cases directly.
4. Customer Support and Feedback
- Vendors must not handle complaints about deliveries, other vendors, or the platform.
- Direct customers to our official channels on the website.
5. Refunds and Quality Assurance
- Refunds or returns must be offered for poor product quality, even if not mentioned in the product listing.
- Return period: 24 hours for general items, 30 minutes for food-related items.
6. Service Charges and Payment Terms

Grocery Vendors: Delivery charges per order is AED 2 per order (upto 5 kg) / AED 4 per order (above 5 kg).
Our Charges AED 1 per order. -
Restaurants/Cafeterias: Delivery charges per order is AED 3 per order.
Our Charges AED 2 per order. -
Other Categories Srores: Delivery charges per order is AED 2 per order (below AED 40), if the product is above AED 40 Free Delivery! but 5% of product price added extra, if the product is above AED 40 to cover delivery expenses.
Our Charges 3% of the order value. - Charges are collected every 15 days.
- Vendors can view charges, past payments, and pending dues via the vendor dashboard.
- Payments must be made via the provided payment link only. Cash payments to staffs/partners are not accepted or is not our responsibility.
- Non-payment results in service suspension until dues are cleared. Payment updates will be reflected within 24 hours.
7. Vendor Identity and Trust
- Re-registering the same shop under a different name will damage trust and may lead to permanent suspension.
- All dues must be cleared before any reactivation. Rejoining charges may apply.
